A date you choose. A record you keep.

Create a service plan for a component and choose a date. The planner compares that date with today; it does not calculate wear or recommend a maintenance interval. Follow the manufacturer’s guidance and seek qualified help for safety-critical work.

Plans and work are separate

Marking a plan done changes its planning status only. Add a service record draft when you want to record actual work: it starts with the component and today’s date, and asks you to describe what was performed. The plan note is not copied to a public work description.

Export selected open plans

Select the open plans for the current bike, preview them, then download an ICS file. The file contains all-day dates, titles, components and a planning disclaimer. Bike nickname and plan notes are optional and off by default. Private bike and service notes, serial numbers, costs and service history never enter this export.

Import once and check your calendar

Open the file with your calendar app and review where it imports. This is a manual file export, not calendar synchronization. Calendar apps control alerts; the file does not set an alarm. Repeated imports may duplicate entries depending on your calendar. Editing or deleting a plan here does not update calendar copies.

Keep a backup

Up to 50 plans across ten bikes are included in full private backups. Older ServiceSpoke web backups load with an empty planner. New web backups use version 2 and cannot be restored into the current native development app or older web versions. Save explicitly to retain changes on this browser. This web planner does not synchronize with the native development app.
